Blackwell Community Halloween Carnival (Event Over)

This is a free, non-profit event in Blackwell, Oklahoma providing a
safe environment for kids to have fun on the last Saturday of
October every year. Events include: A Costume Contest, Free Bags of
Candy, Door Prizes, Games, A Scavenger Hunt, and a Dance. The Event
CoOrdinator, Sharon Vetter-Leach, is a retired Blackwell Police
Officer who has produced this event annually since 1994. Turnout
for 2007 numbered about 2000 children and their parents or
guardians.
